Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting the property management team with day-to-day tasks
- Conducting routine inspections and open homes
- Coordinating maintenance requests and liaising with landlords and tenants
- Learning how to prepare lease agreements and property condition reports
- Managing enquiries and assisting with tenant applications




- Using LJ Hooker’s CRM systems to maintain accurate records
- Developing strong customer service and communication skills

What We’re Looking For:

- Enthusiastic and eager to learn
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- A team player with a customer-first attitude
- Certificate of Registration (or willingness to obtain)
- A reliable vehicle and the ability to work Saturdays

Experience is preferred, however, if you don't know real estate that's ok because we'll teach you, but you must have determination, a robust customer focus and the drive to succeed. Must have own reliable vehicle. Must be able to work Saturdays.
