About the role

This Property Management role involves full end-to-end management of a quality residential portfolio with a focus on long-term growth and stability, providing premium service and leadership within the department. You will be backed by a dedicated leasing and administrative support team, allowing you to focus on your clients.

Key responsibilities

- Full end-to-end management of a quality residential portfolio with a focus on long-term growth and stability
- Proactively managing high-level landlord relationships to ensure Ray White West End remains their agency of choice
- Driving portfolio performance through proactive rent reviews, lease renewals, and strategic arrears management
- Navigating complex tenancy matters and ensuring 100% legislative compliance in line with current QLD standards
- Acting as a mentor to junior team members, championing best practice, and contributing to a positive, high-energy team culture

About you





- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in residential property management and a proven track record of success
- Current QLD Certificate of Registration (or Real Estate Licence) and a valid driver's licence are essential
- Deep understanding of the RTA legislation and a passion for delivering a market-leading service
- Confident communicator who can manage stakeholders with ease and professionalism
- Enjoy working within a proven system and take pride in organisational skills
