An exciting opportunity has become available for a Property Manager to join a highly regarded, boutique real estate office in Sydney’s Western Suburbs. Led by a hands-on Director who truly understands property management, this is a role designed to set you up for long-term success.

Working within a supportive and well-structured team, you’ll be managing a clean, well-maintained portfolio with minimal stress and excellent systems in place.

The Role:

- Monday to Friday with only 1 Saturday every 8 weeks (negotiable)
- Portfolio of 200 properties




- Conducting open homes
- Ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Lease preparation and execution
- Occasional tribunal attendance (extremely rare)

The Ideal Candidate:

- Minimum 1 year Property Management experience
- Certificate of Registration (COR)
- Reliable car and driver’s license
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive attitude
