An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Property Manager or a Junior PM ready to step up and take ownership of a well-supported portfolio of approximately 125 properties across the South East suburbs.

The Role You’ll take ownership of an established portfolio while having the support around you to focus on what you do best – building relationships and managing your properties.

- Monday–Friday | 8:30am–5:00pm
- End-to-end management of approx. 125 properties

- Office-based onboarding before transitioning into flexible working arrangements

About You

- Current Property Management Registration
- Previous Property Management experience
- Portfolio management experience preferred
- Junior PMs ready to take the next step are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Organised, proactive and confident managing priorities
- Positive and team-focused attitude
