Multi Dynamic Ingleburn is looking for an experiencedProperty Manager to join our team.

We’re after someone who knows property management, is confident in what they do and can hit the ground running.

You’ll be working alongside a maintenance officer and leasing officer managing a shared portfolio. You’ll have plenty of support around you!

Key responsibilities

- Oversee the day to day operations of the entire portfolio
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, tradespeople
- Manage rent reviews, lease renewals, increase and terminations
- Prepare claims, finalize bonds and represent clients at NCAT hearings
- Stay up to date with property legislation and ensure full compliance across portfolio
- Proactively handle rental arrears, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolutions
- Handle email and phone enquiries
- Enter invoices

About you

- Minimum 3 years' experience managing residential portfolios at a senior level
- Hold a current NSW Real Estate Licence (MUST BE VALID)
- Possess a reliable vehicle and valid driver's licence
- Well-presented with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability




- Proficient with property management software (PropertyTree, Inspection Express)
- Experience in the Real Estate Industry is essential
