Your purpose within our business

To conduct Property Plan Presentation video meetings with clients, guiding them through their personalised Property Plan. The Property Plan is a multi-page document that provides an educational overview of when a client may be in a position to purchase up to two investment properties, based on their borrowing capacity and available equity.

The purpose of the presentation is to help clients understand their potential property investment pathway and the financial factors that may influence the timing of future purchases. The role does not involve recommending specific investment properties, providing specific property investment advice, or encouraging clients to purchase an investment property.

Where a client wishes to explore purchasing an investment property,



they may be referred to an external buyer’s agent for advice and assistance regarding specific properties.

Your responsibilities

- Check the property plan has been completed correctly.
- Attend pre-booked Property Plan presentation meetings.
- Go through the details within the Property Plan with the client.
- Send the Property Plan and supporting documents to the client after the meeting.
- Update Hubspot and the team with any pertinent information.

Essential skills or experience required for this role

- Real estate or finance experience.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.

Please note

- Property Plan presentations are conducted after hours and this a part time role, 20 hours per week.
