What You'll Be Doing

- Welcome customers and visitors with a warm, genuine and professional approach.

- Manage incoming calls and connect customers with the right team.
n
- Provide exceptional customer service across every interaction.

- Assist with customer appointments and general dealership enquiries.

- Support reception administration and day-to-day dealership tasks.
n
- Help customers navigate the dealership and connect them with the right department.
n
- Maintain a polished, organised and welcoming reception environment.

- Represent the Mercedes-Benz brand with professionalism and pride.

About You

We're looking for someone who loves people and loves creating great experiences.

n

You might come from reception, hospitality, retail, luxury brands, customer service or administration — what matters most is your personality, attitude and customer-first approach.
