Job Description

ON THE HOUSE GROUP in Melbourne seeks a build-from-scratch operations leader to expand the world's largest free period product network. You will own end-to-end operations, from venue contracts through fleet deployment, and you will shape a field team and the training that scales with growth.

Reporting to the COO, you will lead two direct reports today and build a cohesive team across venues, tech and ops, designing AI-enabled workflows and a scalable process.
