Role Description This part time remote QA Analyst (Entry / Junior Level) role supports the implementation and maintenance of quality standards across engineering and construction projects. Day-to-day tasks include assisting in the review of project documentation, identifying deviations from defined procedures, and supporting the creation and updating of quality checklists and reports.

The QA Analyst helps monitor compliance with internal quality guidelines, collaborates with project teams to resolve issues, and contributes to the documentation of findings and corrective actions. The role also involves learning and applying relevant industry regulations and quality methodologies under the guidance of more experienced team members.

Qualifications

- Ability to learn and apply fundamentals of Quality Control and Quality Assurance to project workflows.
- Understanding or coursework related to Quality Management principles and continuous improvement practices.




- Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) or analogous standards, with willingness to adapt them to engineering and construction contexts.
- Interest in or basic experience with Quality Auditing activities, such as checklist-based reviews and documentation of nonconformities.
- Relevant education in engineering, construction, industrial engineering, quality management, or a related field (completed or in progress).
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to follow structured procedures.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including clear reporting and documentation in en_US.
- Comfort working remotely, managing time independently, and collaborating via digital tools.
- Basic proficiency with office and collaboration software (e.g., spreadsheets, document editors, project tracking tools).
