Are you detail-oriented, curious about how software works, and interested in identifying issues before products reach users? We’re looking for a QA Analyst to support software quality, testing, and continuous improvement across digital products and applications.

? Position: QA Analyst

? Role Responsibilities:? Execute functional, regression, integration, and usability testing.

? Review requirements and translate them into practical test scenarios.

? Create and maintain test cases, test scripts, and test documentation.

? Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution.

? Re-test fixes and verify that issues have been successfully resolved.

? Perform exploratory testing to identify unexpected system behavior.

? Support testing across web, mobile, and software applications.

? Collaborate with Developers, Business Analysts, Product Managers, and other stakeholders.

? Monitor application performance, functionality, and user experience.

? Assist with test planning and quality assurance activities.

? Contribute to improving testing processes and QA standards.

? Maintain accurate testing records and communicate testing results clearly.





? Qualifications:✅ Degree or relevant qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field is advantageous.

✅ Entry-level and junior candidates are welcome to apply.

✅ Basic understanding of software testing principles and QA processes.

✅ Familiarity with SDLC and software development concepts.

✅ Understanding of test cases, defect reporting, and regression testing.

✅ Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, or similar platforms is a plus.

✅ Basic SQL knowledge is advantageous.

✅ Exposure to API testing tools such as Postman is beneficial.

✅ Automation testing knowledge is an advantage but not essential.

✅ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

✅ Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
