We’re looking for a detail-oriented, curious, and quality-driven QA Analyst to help ensure our software products are reliable, functional, and easy to use. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys exploring applications, finding unexpected issues, thinking through edge cases, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver a better product.

? Key Responsibilities

- Execute functional, regression, exploratory, and usability testing.
- Create and maintain detailed test cases, test scenarios, and test checklists.
- Identify, reproduce, document, and track software defects.
- Work closely with developers to investigate and clarify reported issues.
- Retest fixes and verify that defects have been properly resolved.
- Support testing of new features, integrations, updates, and product releases.
- Perform browser, device, and basic compatibility testing.
- Review product requirements and identify potential quality risks and edge cases.
- Record test results and maintain clear QA documentation.
- Assist with API, database, or integration testing where required.
- Contribute ideas to improve test coverage, QA workflows, and product quality.

? What We’re Looking For





- Basic understanding of software testing principles and QA methodologies.
- Familiarity with test cases, defect reporting, and testing workflows.
- Robust attention to detail and investigative thinking.
- Basic knowledge of web applications and software development concepts.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Postman, Selenium, Playwright, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Basic understanding of APIs, SQL, or databases is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, product teams, and other stakeholders.
- Curious mindset with a willingness to learn new testing tools and technologies.
