We’re looking for a detail-oriented, curious, and quality-focused QA Analyst to help ensure our software products are reliable, functional, and user-friendly. This role is ideal for someone starting their QA career who enjoys finding issues, testing different scenarios, investigating unexpected behavior, and working with developers to improve product quality.

? Key Responsibilities

- Execute functional, regression, exploratory, and usability testing.
- Create and maintain test cases, test scenarios, checklists, and test documentation.
- Identify, reproduce, document, and track software defects.
- Work with developers to investigate issues and clarify expected behavior.
- Retest fixes and verify that reported defects have been resolved.
- Support testing of current features, updates, integrations, and product releases.
- Perform browser, device, and basic compatibility testing.
- Review requirements and identify potential quality risks and edge cases.
- Record test results and maintain accurate QA documentation.
- Assist with API, database, and integration testing when required.
- Contribute ideas to improve test coverage, QA processes, and product quality.

? What We’re Looking For





- Basic understanding of software testing principles and QA methodologies.
- Familiarity with test cases, defect reporting, and testing workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and investigative thinking.
- Basic understanding of web applications and software development concepts.
- Familiarity with Jira, Postman, Selenium, Playwright, or similar tools is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, or databases is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, product teams, and other stakeholders.
- Willingness to learn new testing tools, technologies, and methodologies.
