Metlam Australia is a leading, manufacturer & supplier of Commercial Washroom Supplies & Toilet Partition Hardware, selling to the retail market for building projects in Australia for over 25 years.

We are looking for an outgoing, confident, and capable individual to join our QLD office in the role of QLD Customer service & Sales Support Coordinator.

A role that offers a outstanding deal of independence and autonomy this is a fulltime role working within a small team based in our Windsor office and reporting to our QLD State Manager.

Key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

- Based autonomously in our Windsor office you will be providing Customer Service and support to our QLD located customer base.
- General office administrative duties including creating proposals and other customer-facing documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the State Manager,
- Using the provided resources to manage the ongoing QLD sales live project pipeline.
- Quote follow up’s
- General inquiries
- Project tracking
- Order checking




- Assist in organising presentations and other customer events.
- Engage directly with customers from a sales and/or pre-sales aspect.
- Host occasional office visits or occasionally visit customers where & when required.

The ideal candidate should possess some of the following:

- Embrace the Metlam values, policies & procedures.
- Possess a strong customer service focus.
- Manage an ongoing number of live purchase orders from receipt of order to delivery.
- Ideally have previous Sales Administration experience within a similar role
- Work autonomously but possess the ability to communicate & work well in team environments.
- Time and task management skills and ability to perform with limited supervision.
- Enjoys the challenge of handling multiple tasks.
- Has some technical knowledge, or a keen desire to learn.
