? We’re Hiring: QA Tester / Automation Engineer

We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and quality-focused QA Tester / Automation Engineer to join our growing technology team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about software quality, test automation, troubleshooting, and delivering reliable, high-quality digital products.
? Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for software applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, system, API, and user acceptance testing.
• Develop and maintain automated testing scripts and frameworks.
• Identify, document, prioritize, and track software defects and issues.
• Execute automated test suites and analyze test results.
• Perform API testing and validate application responses and data integrity.
• Conduct cross-browser, cross-platform, and compatibility testing.
• Participate in requirements reviews and identify potential quality and testing risks.
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, test scripts, and QA documentation.
• Investigate test failures and collaborate with developers to identify root causes.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines where applicable.
• Perform performance, reliability, and basic security testing when required.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, business analysts, DevOps engineers, and other QA professionals.
• Monitor product quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Continuously improve testing processes, automation frameworks, and QA methodologies.
✅ Requirements
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in software testing, QA, automation testing, or software development is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with relevant testing projects, internships, or technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
• Understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and defect management processes.
• Experience with tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, Postman, or similar technologies is an advantage.
• Basic programming or scripting skills in Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, or similar languages.
• Familiarity with API testing, SQL, databases, and web application testing.
• Experience with Git and version control systems is preferred.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD tools and automated testing pipelines is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to software quality.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple testing tasks and meet project deadlines.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
