Role Description This part-time remote role as a QA Tester / Automation Engineer at RH Raiz Consultoria focuses on ensuring the quality and reliability of software solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing, executing, and documenting manual and automated test cases, identifying defects, and collaborating with developers and product stakeholders to clarify requirements and resolve issues. The role involves creating and maintaining test plans, regression test suites, and automation scripts, as well as tracking test results and reporting on product quality.

The QA Tester / Automation Engineer also contributes to continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and standards to enhance overall quality assurance practices.

Qualifications

- Robust Quality Assurance background with experience in Test Execution and Manual Testing.
- Ability to design, write,



and maintain clear and comprehensive Test Cases.
- Proven Analytical Skills for identifying, documenting, and troubleshooting defects and issues.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or similar).
- Familiarity with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Git, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative environment.
- Relevant technical education or equivalent professional experience in software testing or engineering.
