Gibney is a high-end brasserie grill that draws inspiration for its menu from classic bistro flavours and service that exudes exclusivity and style; think table-side service, luxurious snacks, a caviar bar and extensive wine list.

The ShorehouseOne of Perth's go-to beach side restaurants, is a top 50 WA Good Food Guide venue and AHAWA Restaurant of the Year. This premier beach side venue delivers a relaxed Mediterranean menu with an intense focus on seasonal and local produce with a huge Josper charcoal oven at the heart of the kitchen.

What we need from you?

- Trade qualifications
- At least two years' experience in a similar role
- Availability over summer
- Team player with a passion for your trade
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Food Safety Certification
