About the role

As the Quality Assurance (QA) Associate, reporting to the Quality Assurance (QA) Manager, you will support the Quality processes that help keep our products compliant, our records accurate and our systems inspection-ready. You will be involved in a broad range of operational Quality activities, including batch documentation review, complaints coordination, GMP training administration, validation support, document control and ACE/eQMS administration.

In this role, you will:

· Review manufacturing documentation and batch records to support the release of materials and finished products within approved procedures.

· Maintain accurate Quality records across complaints, returned goods, GRA, non-conformances and other operational Quality processes.

· Administer ACE/eQMS activities, supporting users, workflows and data integrity across Quality records.

· Coordinate GMP training records, training matrices and scheduled training activities to support compliance and inspection readiness.

· Support validation activities by preparing, maintaining and organising protocols, reports, evidence packs and associated Quality documentation.

· Manage document lifecycle activities including creation, routing, periodic review, effective date control, archival and compliance.

· Work collaboratively with Quality, QC, Regulatory,



Operations and Supply Chain teams to support timely Quality outcomes and continuity of supply.

· Contribute to a proactive Quality culture by acting with accountability for Quality, compliance and safety-related matters.

About you

You are detail-oriented, organised and eager to develop your Quality Assurance career in a regulated manufacturing environment. You take pride in accurate records, transparent communication and following compliant processes that support safe, trusted healthcare products. To be successful, you will bring:

· Tertiary qualifications in Science, Chemistry, Microbiology, Pharmaceutical Science or a related discipline.

· Understanding of GMP, Quality Assurance principles and regulated manufacturing environments.

· 1–3 years’ experience in Quality Assurance, GMP, pharmaceutical, medical device, FMCG or another regulated environment.

· Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate, complete and audit-ready Quality records.

· Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines and follow through on commitments.
