We’re looking for a Quality Assurance Financial Crime Analyst to join our team and play a key role in maintaining high standards across our Financial Crime operations.

This role is ideal for someone with strong Financial Crime experience who enjoys looking beyond individual cases to identify trends, improve processes and ensure our controls and outcomes consistently meet regulatory and internal standards.

About the role

As a Quality Assurance Financial Crime Analyst, you will:

- Conduct quality assurance reviews across Financial Crime processes, including AML/CTF, KYC, customer due diligence and transaction monitoring activities.
- Assess cases and investigations against internal policies, procedures, regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Identify errors, control gaps, recurring issues and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to Financial Crime teams and relevant stakeholders.
- Analyse QA findings and trends to identify systemic issues and emerging risks.
- Support root-cause analysis and contribute to remediation and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate QA records and prepare reporting and insights for management.
- Stay up to date with relevant Financial Crime risks, regulatory expectations and industry developments.

About you We’re looking for someone who has:

- Experience in Financial Crime,



AML/CTF, KYC, transaction monitoring, investigations or a related field.
- Previous experience in quality assurance, quality control, audit, assurance or case review is highly desirable.
- Solid analytical and investigative skills, with excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to interpret policies, procedures and regulatory requirements and apply them consistently.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to provide constructive feedback.
- A curious and continuous-improvement mindset—you naturally look for patterns, root causes and ways to make processes better.
- The confidence to challenge outcomes and raise issues where quality or risk standards aren't being met.
