Role Description

We are seeking a highly analytical and research-oriented Quantitative Analyst / Quantitative Research Analyst to support data-driven decision-making through quantitative research, statistical analysis, and mathematical modeling. The role involves working with complex datasets, developing and evaluating quantitative models, identifying patterns and trends, and translating analytical findings into actionable insights.

Key responsibilities include conducting quantitative research, designing statistical and mathematical models, analyzing and validating data, performing forecasting and scenario analysis, and evaluating model performance. The role also involves developing analytical frameworks, preparing research reports and presentations, documenting methodologies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to support strategic and investment-related decisions.

The successful candidate will contribute to research initiatives, improve analytical processes, and ensure that models and research outputs are accurate, robust, and clearly communicated.

Qualifications





- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Solid foundation in probability, statistics, mathematical modeling, and quantitative analysis.
- Proficiency in Python, R, MATLAB, SQL, or other statistical and programming tools.
- Ability to work with large datasets and perform data cleaning, transformation, analysis, and visualization.
- Knowledge of regression, forecasting, optimization, hypothesis testing, and statistical modeling.
- Familiarity with quantitative research methodologies, model validation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to communicate complex quantitative concepts clearly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
