Role Description

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Quantitative Analyst / Quantitative Research Analyst to support data-driven decision-making through advanced quantitative analysis, statistical modeling, and research. The role involves developing and evaluating quantitative models, analyzing large and complex datasets, identifying patterns and trends, and translating analytical findings into clear, actionable insights.

Key responsibilities include designing and implementing statistical and mathematical models, conducting quantitative research, performing data analysis and validation, monitoring model performance, and developing analytical frameworks to support business and investment decisions. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, communicating research findings effectively, and continuously improving analytical methodologies and processes.

The successful candidate will contribute to research initiatives, automate analytical workflows where appropriate, and ensure that models, calculations, and research outputs are accurate, robust, and well documented.

Qualifications





- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Strong foundation in probability, statistics, mathematical modeling, and quantitative analysis.
- Proficiency in Python, R, MATLAB, SQL, or other analytical and programming tools.
- Ability to work with large datasets and perform data cleaning, transformation, analysis, and visualization.
- Strong understanding of statistical methods, forecasting, regression, optimization, and hypothesis testing.
- Familiarity with quantitative research methodologies and model validation techniques.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to communicate complex quantitative concepts clearly.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong commitment to accuracy, integrity, continuous learning, and data-driven decision-making.
