Role Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and intellectually curious Quantitative Analyst / Quantitative Research Analyst to develop data-driven models, conduct quantitative research, and generate actionable insights to support business and investment decisions.
Key responsibilities include collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets; developing statistical and mathematical models; conducting quantitative research; and identifying patterns, trends, and relationships within complex data. The role will involve designing and testing analytical methodologies, evaluating model performance, and translating research findings into clear and practical recommendations.
The successful candidate will work with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making and continuously improve analytical frameworks. Responsibilities may also include building automated research tools, conducting back-testing and scenario analysis, validating assumptions, and monitoring model performance.
You will be expected to maintain high standards of analytical rigor, document research methodologies clearly, and stay informed about relevant quantitative techniques, market developments,
and emerging analytical technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Solid foundation in statistics, probability, mathematical modeling, and quantitative analysis.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, MATLAB, or similar quantitative programming languages .
- Experience working with large datasets and data analysis tools.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to develop, test, validate, and interpret quantitative models.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis, forecasting, optimization, machine learning, or time-series analysis.
- Strong understanding of research methodology and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex quantitative findings clearly.
- Highly analytical, curious, methodical, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
