We are looking for proactive, reliable, and results-oriented Recruiters and Talent Sourcers to help us recruit participants for a global Face Motion Video Project .

This opportunity is ideal for freelance recruiters, talent sourcers, community managers, outreach specialists, and individuals with access to active professional, social, or online communities .

The project is now open worldwide , and we are looking for recruiters who can start immediately, recruit at scale, and quickly build a solid pipeline of eligible participants .

Responsibilities

- Source and recruit eligible participants for the Face Motion Video Project
- Reach potential participants through LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram, social media, online communities, job groups, and personal networks
- Share accurate project details, registration links, and participation instructions
- Explain eligibility requirements and answer basic participant questions
- Guide candidates through registration, profile verification (eKYC), and project application
- Follow up with registered and interested candidates to ensure they complete the required steps
- Encourage approved participants to complete the required video recording
- Use your unique referral link to track recruited participants
- Maintain an active candidate pipeline and follow up consistently
- Monitor candidate applications, approvals, and recording status
- Provide regular updates on recruitment activity and results




- Work toward recruitment targets and project deadlines
- Report any recruitment challenges or candidate issues promptly

Qualifications
- Previous experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, sales, outreach, community management, or a similar role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to reach and engage a large number of potential participants
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp, Telegram, and other online recruitment channels
- Access to candidate databases, professional networks, online communities, social media audiences, job groups, or other participant sources is a strong advantage
- Self-motivated, reliable, and results-oriented
- Able to work independently and consistently under tight deadlines
- Ability to recruit participants from one or more countries
- Able to clearly communicate your expected recruitment capacity
- Strong attention to detail when guiding candidates through the application process
