Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented React Developer to design, develop, and maintain modern, responsive, and high-performance web applications. The role will work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to translate business and user requirements into scalable and intuitive digital solutions.

Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining web applications using React and modern JavaScript or TypeScript; building reusable, maintainable, and scalable UI components; implementing responsive interfaces based on design specifications; integrating front-end applications with RESTful APIs and backend services; managing application state and data flow effectively; identifying and resolving bugs, performance issues, and technical problems; conducting code reviews and contributing to coding standards and best practices; writing clean, well-structured, and testable code; collaborating with designers, backend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders throughout the development lifecycle; and supporting application deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

The React Developer will also contribute to technical discussions, evaluate new technologies and development approaches, improve application performance and usability, and ensure solutions meet quality,



security, accessibility, and business requirements.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
- Robust proficiency in React and modern JavaScript or TypeScript.
- Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and modern front-end development practices.
- Experience with React hooks, component architecture, state management, and reusable UI development.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, asynchronous programming, and front-end/backend integration.
- Understanding of Git and standard software development workflows.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks and front-end testing practices is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of web performance, browser compatibility, accessibility, and security principles.
- Good problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to writing clean, maintainable code.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn new technologies and continuously improve development practices.
