About the role An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated Sales Associate to work alongside one of South West Sydney’s most successful and highly regarded agents.

With a significant annual sales pipeline, strong local profile and outstanding reputation for client service, this is an prospect to learn from a proven performer while playing an important role in the continued growth of the team.

You will receive hands-on exposure across the entire sales process, including prospecting, appraisals, listing preparation, buyer management, open homes, negotiations and campaign management.

The role

- Prospect and identify new business opportunities
- Assist with appraisals, listing presentations and follow-up
- Manage buyer enquiries and maintain regular communication
- Conduct open homes, private inspections and buyer appointments
- Support sales campaigns from listing through to settlement
- Maintain and grow the team’s client database
- Build relationships with local owners, buyers and prospective vendors




- Assist with negotiations and provide feedback to vendors
- Ensure every client receives a high level of service

About you

- Previous experience within a real estate sales environment
- Current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident speaking with buyers, vendors and prospective clients
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Motivated by prospecting, results and career progression
- Professional, reliable and willing to learn
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
