This program is BRAND NEW - we already have a stack of AMAZINNNGG coaches and looking for 2 more!! We've delivered our workshops and mentoring to 400+ small businesses already and the demand is huuuuuge so it's time to add to the coaching pool.
n
We're NOW currently looking for 2 x Digital Mentors with a special focus on Social Media Marketing and or Meta Ad to support thousands of small and micro-business owners through an exciting new program.
n
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
n
n
- Mentoring + Delivery - 100%.
Deliver practical digital mentoring sessions face-to-face at our Sydney CBD Launchpad AND online via Microsoft Teams. Sessions are 90 minutes and must be focused on helping each business owner achieve a clear, practical digital outcome by the end of the session. Mentors are also required to complete brief session notes after each mentoring session to record key discussion points, actions agreed and next steps.

Applicants are encouraged to nominate the priority digital topics they are strongest in within their cover letter. Note. You do not need experience across all five priority digital capability areas.

The five priority digital capability areas include:

- Introduction to digitalising your small business
n
- Social media
n
- Digital marketing and selling online
n
- Using business software, AI and emerging technologies
n
- Cybersecurity and data privacy
n
n
We are currently looking for social media marketing coaches in particular.
n
OTHER INFORMATION:
n
n
- Rate: From $50 to $55 per hour on a casual basis($98k to $108K p.a pro-rata - rates are inc super)
n
- Hours: 7.6 hours to 15.2 hours per week
n
- Location: ASE Haymarket Launchpad - 8 Cunningham Street, Haymarket (it's a cool ex chocolate factory!!)
n
