The role?

n

At Smart Business Insurance you will work with a wide range of business clients . This is a client facing role where no two days are the same .The major responsibilities are:

n

n
- preparing existing small business client documentation
n
- organising funding options and taking payments
n
- providing outstanding service to existing clients via email and phone
n
- assisting with inbound phone calls and allocation to suitable team member
n
- revising documentation when existing clients request changes to their cover
n
- supporting our team of Senior Account Executives on current business and larger business clients
n

n

You will use your current, and new skills you have been trained in, to actively listen and meet clients needs and earn their trust.

n

You will be working alongside, and supported by experienced Account Executives.

- No experience is required.Be motivated to start your financial services career as a graduate broker
