- Own your product domain — build deep expertise in the technology, customers, and market, becoming the trusted authority internally and externally

- Shape product direction — partner with engineering, UX, and design to prioritise the features that will deliver the most value

- Bring teams together — align cross‐functional stakeholders around shared goals, ensuring smooth delivery and clear communication of product updates
n
- Drive compelling product stories — work closely with Product Marketing to bring features to life through launches, demos, and transparent messaging
n
- Be close to the customer — engage directly with users, internal teams, and industry experts to gather insights and validate product direction

- Enable others to succeed — equip go‐to‐market and technical teams with the knowledge, tools, and training they need to champion the product

- Continuously improve — turn feedback into action, driving meaningful enhancements that strengthen product impact over time
