My Support Family in Australia is seeking compassionate, reliable Support Workers to join our growing team. You will provide person-centred support to NDIS participants, assisting with daily living, community participation, and life skills.

This is a mobile role requiring travel to clients’ homes and community locations. A valid Working With Children Check, First Aid/CPR, and a current driver’s licence are required; experience in disability support is preferred but not essential.
