This is the role that gets you to running your own store, and here that's a real path, not a maybe.

The roster:

No Sunday hours. Every second Saturday off. Three days off in a row every second weekend. That's rare in retail. Here, it's just how we roster.

The job:

You'll help run the store hands-on and on the floor, leading the team alongside your Store Manager and stepping up when they're away. You'll be in the work, stock, service, standards, learning every part of running a store by doing it.

You:

You've led a shift, maybe a supervisor, run a department, trained new starters or held the keys somewhere, retail, fast food, fuel, hospitality, a chemist, anywhere fast-paced. You're ready for more. No discount variety experience needed. We'll teach you the rest.

What you get:

$29.46 base hourly rate + penalty rates + overtime rates each week + 17.5% leave loading, and structured development built to get you to Store Manager.
