Job Description

Buckland Aged Care Services in Springwood, NSW, is seeking an experienced chef to lead the in-house catering department. This Monday to Friday role focuses on nutritious meals for residents and provides an opportunity to transition from restaurant kitchens to aged care.

You will manage a team of 25, oversee budget and stock, and collaborate with health professionals to tailor menus. A solid emphasis on food safety and resident engagement is required.
