We are seeking focused and results orientated individuals to join our Recoveries team. These roles are responsible for managing our motor recovery claims, whilst delivering exceptional member service.Location: West Perth offices & Work from home 50% of the timeWorking hours: Full time - 37.5 hours per weekHours: Work Monday to Friday and have weekends free! Alternate Shifts including 7am to 3pm and 9am to 5pmPay: Competitive base salary + super + incentives + discounts!Training: You will be set up for success with in-depth training and on the job supportTeam: Working for an Insurance market leader you will be working with collaborative, supportive and likeminded individuals, with leaders who focus on your career developmentWhat will you be doing?Manage recovery files to maximise outcomes.Investigating liability and identifying recovery opportunities from third parties and their insurers.Negotiating settlements and pursuing recoveries through direct contact, legal channels, or external providers.Communicating clearly and professionally—both verbally and in writing—throughout the recovery process.Monitoring recovery performance and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.Ensuring all claims are managed in line with RAC Insurance policies, procedures, authority limits,
