We are seeking an experienced and influential Key Account Manager (KAM) to lead the performance of a flagship corporate campus in Melbourne's Docklands.

This is a high‐profile leadership role responsible for the operational, financial, technical, and people outcomes across a complex, multi‐service facility. You will oversee a blend of self‐delivered and outsourced services, ensuring the campus operates safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

As the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, you will shape the workplace experience, optimise asset performance, and lead a high‐performing team committed to service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

- Lead delivery of all soft and technical FM services
n
- Ensure a safe, compliant, and reliable operating environment
n
- Maintain full compliance with statutory, safety, and risk obligations
n
- Manage specialist service partners and drive high‐performing building operations
n

People & Culture

n

- Build and lead a high‐performing, service‐focused campus team
n
- Foster a strong culture of safety, collaboration, and accountability

- Drive engagement and continuous team development

Financial & Commercial Performance

- Deliver services within budget while meeting or exceeding financial targets
n
- Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and continuous improvement

- Own and evolve the asset lifecycle strategy and Capital Investment Plan

Stakeholder Management

- Act as the primary interface for senior customer stakeholders
n
- Build robust relationships across workplace, property, and project teams
n
- Navigate complex stakeholder environments with confidence and influence

About You

n

Experience & Capability

n

n
- Minimum 5+ years' experience managing large, multi‐service FM contracts
n
- Engineering qualification with strong technical capability (essential)
n
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and complex supply chains
n
- Strong commercial acumen and data‐driven decision making
n
- Customer‐focused, with the ability to influence at senior levels
n
- Excellent communication, organisation, and problem‐solving skills
n
- Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in complex environments
