What You'll Be Doing

n

As Reliability Maintenance Manager, you will play a pivotal leadership role in driving the reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of a high-performing manufacturing operation. Leading the maintenance team and partnering with key stakeholders across the site, you will champion a safety-first culture while optimising plant performance through preventative maintenance, capital projects, and operational excellence initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact on productivity, cost efficiency, and long-term site capability within a business that values continuous improvement, empowers its people to take ownership, and encourages cutting-edge thinking to drive sustainable growth.

What We're Looking For

- A qualified Engineer or experienced maintenance professional with strong technical expertise in manufacturing environments.
n
- A proven leader who has successfully managed maintenance teams, developed talent, and built collaborative relationships across operations.
n
- A reliability-focused professional with experience implementing preventative maintenance programs, continuous improvement initiatives, and asset optimisation strategies.
n
- A commercially minded individual who can manage maintenance budgets, capital projects, inventory and operational performance metrics.
n
- A proactive problem solver with strong communication skills, a safety-first mindset, and a passion for delivering measurable business outcomes.
