Tullawon Health Service is seeking a professional, organised, and community-minded Administration Receptionist to join our Administration Team.
As the first point of contact for community members, visitors, stakeholders, and staff, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming, culturally safe, and professional environment while supporting the daily operations of our organisation.

About the Role
Working within our Administration Team, you will provide front-line reception services and administrative support across the organisation. This is a varied role where no two days are the same, offering the opportunity to work with community members, staff, visitors, contractors, and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a qualified and welcoming first point of contact for visitors and callers.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and enquiries.
- Direct enquiries to the appropriate staff and services.
- Maintain reception areas and ensure a positive visitor experience.
- Coordinate mail, correspondence, filing, and document management.
- Maintain administrative records, databases, and registers.
- Assist with accommodation bookings and visitor logistics.
- Coordinate check-in and check-out processes.
- Process accommodation invoices and payments.
- Assist with office supply management, asset registers, vehicle logs, and key registers.
- Support maintenance requests and contractor coordination.
About You
We're looking for someone who is organised, approachable,
and able to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining excellent customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritise tasks and work effectively in a busy environment.
- High level of organisation and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Experience using Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Experience working with electronic records, booking systems, or database management.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
- Previous experience in a remote community or Aboriginal health setting.
- Understanding of quality improvement and accreditation requirements.
- Ability to communicate in Pitjantjatjara.
