Uniting AgeWell in Tasmania is seeking a Hotel Services Director to lead catering, cleaning, laundry and related hospitality services across residential aged care operations. You will set the service direction and ensure secure, sustainable delivery focused on residents’ dignity and experience.

You will work with operational leaders to improve service quality, strengthen workforce capability and respond to changing resident expectations. Travel across sites may be required.
