Catholic Healthcare seeks a warm Spiritual and Pastoral Care Coordinator to provide personal spiritual support and pastoral care to residents, clients and families at McQuoin Park, Waitara. The role emphasises dignity, faith, and inclusive care within a multifaith workplace.

You will deliver person-centred care, lead celebrations, and support families during bereavement or palliative care while collaborating with staff. Relevant pastoral qualifications and Catholic faith alignment are required.
