As the first point of contact for our business, the Receptionist plays a vital role in creating a positive and professional experience for clients, visitors, and business partners.

About the Role

Working closely with our local team of Financial Advisers and Client Service professionals, you will be responsible for:

- Welcoming clients and visitors to the office

- Managing incoming phone calls and enquiries

- Coordinating appointments and meeting room bookings

- Assisting with client correspondence and documentation

- Providing administrative support to the broader team

- Helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office





About You The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for customer service and enjoy building positive relationships with people from all walks of life.

You will ideally bring

- Previous reception, administration, hospitality, or customer service experience

- A professional and friendly manner

- Strong communication and organisational skills

- The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively

- A positive, team-oriented attitude

- Confidence using technology and learning new systems
