An exciting opportunity has arisen for a polished and personable Receptionist to be the welcoming face of the business. Reporting to the General Manager , you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring the front office runs smoothly and every interaction leaves a strong impression.

Your responsibilities will include

- Welcoming clients and visitors and creating a professional, warm first impression
- Answering and directing incoming calls and enquiries promptly
- Coordinating meeting room bookings and preparing boardrooms for client meetings
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail,



couriers and deliveries
- Keeping reception and common areas presentable and well stocked
- Providing administrative support to the wider team as needed
- Assisting with catering, events and general office coordination
- Ordering office supplies and liaising with building management and suppliers

To be considered for this role you will have previous reception or front-of-house experience, ideally within a professional services or corporate environment. You'll bring warm, polished communication, a well-presented and professional manner, and solid organisational skills.
