Medical Receptionist – Vision Radiology Sebastopol

Part-Time or Full-Time | Flexible Days | Training Provided Vision Radiology is seeking a friendly, organised and professional Medical Receptionist to join our Sebastopol team.

This is a fantastic prospect for someone who enjoys working in a busy healthcare environment and is passionate about providing outstanding patient care and customer service.

We are open to both part-time and full-time applicants and can offer flexibility around days of work for the right person.

About the Role

Working as part of our supportive reception team, your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting patients and visitors and providing a warm, professional experience
- Booking and coordinating patient appointments
- Answering telephone and email enquiries
- Processing patient information, referrals and payments
- Providing general administrative support to the clinical team
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Liaising with patients, referrers and clinical staff
- Working collaboratively with the wider Vision Radiology team

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous reception or administration experience
- Medical or healthcare reception experience is highly regarded but not essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills




- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- The ability to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- A positive, qualified and patient-focused attitude
- A reliable and flexible approach to work
- The ability to work independently while also being part of a team
