TRP Recruitment have been thriving for the last 16 years in the Logistics & Supply Chain Labour Hire market, recently moving into the Construction/Civil sector and we're already GROWING ! We are on the lookout for the next TRP team member to join our amazing team in our Head Office in Keilor Park.

The role:

- Recruitment coordinator to support the recruitment and placement of TRP including screening & interviewing candidates.
- This role is for the early bird....6am start to support the morning rush!
- Working with the team to onboard candidates and support the running of our current sites
- Managing candidates, including absenteeism, lateness, payroll and performance
- Rostering of staff on a daily basis
- Ensuring candidates sent are compliant including tickets, inductions, right to work checks etc.




- Liaising daily with clients regarding their requirements including taking detailed job briefs/details and troubleshooting as needed

The Person: We are looking for someone who is OUTSTANDING with people and knows how to read them! Must be mature minded, level headed and is able to operate autonomously. You don't necessarily need to have Recruitment experience, we are willing to train!!
