About the Role

The role combines business development and case management, connecting youth jobseekers with employers to create meaningful employement opportunities.

Key responsibilities include

- Network and build robust relationships with employers and stakeholders
- Speaking with local businesses and companies to create job opportunities for our youth participants
- Developing skills in candidate assessment and case management, upskilling, resume preparation and job matching




- Managing a structured daily workflow to stay organised and accountable
