We've just hired someone great, but we need one more to round out our team! One Key Resources is looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our Brisbane Head Office.

If you have at least 18 months' experience in fast-paced blue-collar recruitment and enjoy finding great people, building candidate pipelines and filling roles quickly, we'd love to hear from you.

The best part? No business development. This role is focused entirely on recruitment and resourcing.

You'll inherit a portfolio of established national client accounts, allowing you to focus on sourcing exceptional candidates and delivering great recruitment outcomes rather than building a client base.

The Role

This isn't a role where you simply post an advert and wait for applications. We're looking for recruiters who are proactive, persistent and enjoy finding the right person for the job.

You'll have access to a database of more than half a million candidates, supported by a modern Applicant Tracking System with AI-powered search capabilities. Our technology is designed to help you identify suitable candidates faster, uncover talent that might otherwise be overlooked,



and give you more time to do what great recruiters do best; build relationships and place the right people into the right roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple blue-collar vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
- Market vacancies directly to suitable candidates and generate interest through targeted candidate engagement.
- Source candidates through our extensive internal database, Seek, LinkedIn and other recruitment channels.
- Build relationships with active and passive candidates, promoting the opportunities available through One Key Resources and our clients.
- Conduct phone interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Understand candidate experience, availability and career goals to match them with the right opportunities.
- Build and maintain talent pools for future workforce requirements.
- Work closely with our Account Managers to understand client requirements and deliver outstanding recruitment outcomes.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

About You

You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy the pace of recruitment and take pride in finding the right person, not waiting for them to apply. To be successful, you'll have:
- At least 18 months' experience in fast-paced blue-collar recruitment.
- Experience managing multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Robust candidate sourcing, interviewing and engagement skills.
- Confidence speaking with candidates and building rapport quickly.
- The ability to market opportunities and generate genuine candidate interest.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- A proactive mindset and the persistence to keep searching until you've found the right person.
- Robust attention to detail and the ability to prioritise competing demands.
- A collaborative attitude and willingness to support the wider team.

Experience recruiting within mining, resources, construction, industrial, manufacturing or labour hire will be highly regarded.
