We are now looking to add two consultants to the business.

This is not a role where you disappear into a 100-person sales floor, inherit a tired patch, and spend your day fighting ten internal colleagues over the same client. Role Profile

You will recruit across specialist technology and transformation markets, with a focus on either Data, Cloud, Cyber or Projects roles. Your role will include:

- Building and managing client relationships across large corporates, scale-ups and growth businesses.
- Developing a specialist candidate network across high-demand technology and transformation markets.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, from role briefing and market mapping through to shortlist, interview, offer and close.
- Identifying new business opportunities and growing your desk with the support of an experienced leadership team.
- Providing clients with practical market insight, not just CVs and generic recruitment noise.
- Representing Foxpoint Search professionally in a market where reputation, trust and consistency matter.
- Contributing to the growth of a boutique firm where positive ideas will be heard, tested and implemented.





Successful Candidate Profile This will suit someone with recruitment experience who wants more ownership, more visibility and a better platform to build something properly. You might already recruit across Technology, Data, Cyber, Projects or Transformation. That would be ideal.

You may also be in another specialist recruitment market and looking to move into a higher-growth, higher-demand vertical. What matters is that you bring:

- Strong business development instincts and the confidence to have proper commercial conversations.
- A genuine interest in clients, candidates and the markets you operate in.
- The discipline to build relationships properly, not just smash out calls and hope for the best.
- A positive, collaborative style that works well in a smaller, high-trust team.
- Resilience, energy and enough self-awareness to know that recruitment is simple in theory and hard in practice.
- A desire to build a strong personal market, not just work a job.
