The Role

- Manage your own desk from client development through to placement
- Build and grow strong client and candidate relationships
- Source and headhunt through LinkedIn, SEEK and your network
- Conduct interviews, manage processes and negotiate offers
- Bring ideas and help shape the continued growth of Pathfinder

About You

You’ll ideally have:
- Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant experience
- A proven track record in recruitment and client development
- Strong communication,



relationship-building and influencing skills
- A proactive, commercially minded approach
- The ability to work autonomously while being a great team player
