Joining our recruitment team you will be based in the Wellbeing Solutions Group head office located in St Leonard's on Sydney’s lower north shore, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment life cycle focusing on the Pinnacle Rehab brand.

You will be working closely with hiring manager’s along with the P&C; team to attract, assess and hire top talent that aligns with the company’s goals, values and culture.

About Your New Role This is a newly created role due to growth across the business, our high performing recruitment team is now expanding!

We are currently looking for a driven, forward-thinking internal recruiter who is passionate about delivering the best service through a consultative style recruitment approach, and the ability to build and foster successful internal stakeholder relationships.

This role would suit someone looking to kick start their career in recruitment,



or an experienced recruiter looking to step into a high performing team with extensive training and ongoing support provided.

Your day-to-day role will involve:

- End to end recruitment - managing the full hiring process from job brief, advertising, sourcing, headhunting, interviewing, reference checking, offer and negotiation
- Talent sourcing – proactively building strong candidate pipelines through seek, LinkedIn and other networking resources
- Screening & Interviewing– shortlisting, phone screening, coordination of interviews with hiring managers, reference checking
- Stakeholder collaboration – partnering with hiring managers on recruitment needs
- Candidate experience – Demonstrating a high standard of professionalism while representing the company and culture, ensuring a positive and high-quality experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Negotiation– presenting competitive offers to candidates
- Record keeping – maintaining accurate records through the recruitment ATS
- Working to tight deadlines and monthly recruitment targets!

Note: This is a full time onsite role, with head office based in St Leonard’s 8:30am-5:00pm.

About You

- 1-2 years experience in a similar role, however we are happy to train an entry level candidate looking to kick start their recruitment career
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritise and work in a past-pace environment
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Ability to build on internal/external stakeholder relationships
- Ability to negotiate
- Have a high level of enthusiasm
- Ability to problem solve, pivot while having a proactive mindset
- Great customer service etiquette
