Based in Meadowbrook, QLD, we specialise in commercial refrigeration, air conditioning and mechanical ventilation, working across Brisbane and surrounding areas on a diverse range of commercial and light industrial sites, delivering installation, service, maintenance, repairs and project work.

We have an opportunity for a qualified technician to join our team. We are particularly interested in technicians with 1-5 years' post-trade experience who have a solid technical foundation and are keen to further develop and broaden their skills. More experienced technicians are also encouraged to apply. Above all, we're looking for someone with a positive attitude, takes pride in their work and has a desire to continually improve their skills.

The Role

You'll work directly with experienced technicians, have a varied range of commercial work and be part of a team where your contribution is genuinely valued. You will be responsible for:

- Installation, servicing, maintenance, and repair of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Diagnosing faults and completing effective repairs
- System testing, commissioning, and reporting
- Completing service documentation and maintaining accurate job records
- Assisting with job planning, materials, and equipment requirements
- Working with project teams, supervisors, and clients to achieve successful outcomes
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety, and professionalism

About You

We are looking for someone who:

- Is a Qualified Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technician
- Has experience with commercial systems, or has strong residential experience and is keen to transition into commercial work
- Takes pride in producing quality workmanship
- Has strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills
- Is reliable, organised and self-motivated
- Can work independently while being a positive part of a team
- Has good communication skills and a professional approach with customers and colleagues

Essential Qualifications:

- Certificate III in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
- QBCC Mechanical Services – Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Occupational Licence
- Queensland Restricted Electrical Licence
- Refrigerant Handling Licence (ARCtick)
- Construction White Card
- Manual Driver's Licence
