Refrigeration Technician - Eastern Melbourne Suburbs

AJ Baker & Sons are a fourth generation, family owned company, established in 1920 with branches throughout Australia. Located in WA, SA, NSW, VIC & QLD, we specialize in; supply, installation, service and maintenance of commercial refrigeration and air conditioning for supermarkets and other commercial businesses.

We are seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, suitably qualified and experienced Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Technicianto join the Victorian Serviceteam on a permanent fulltime basis. This position would suit a qualified tradesperson looking to build their career & increase their skillset.

You will play a key role in servicing our commercial client base, including supermarket and retail customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose and repair commercial refrigeration and A/C systems
- Attend reactive breakdowns and scheduled service work
- Perform preventative maintenance to minimise downtime




- Work autonomously while maintaining solid client relationships
- Represent the company with professionalism on every site

Required Qualifications

- Certificate III in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
- Full ARCTick License
- Restricted Electrical License
- White Card & valid Driver’s License
- Strong work ethic and reliability
