Great full-time role or part-time for a Registered Migration Agent or Senior Migration Agent - Work remotely from anywhere in Australia.

At present most of our staff still work remotely. We like to catch up over Teams, share a story and a laugh to ensure we all keep connected as a team. This is very key to AVIE and something that we want to maintain as the company grows.

The Migration Agent role

Full-time or Part-time.

Our main office is in Melbourne however, this role is remote so you can be located anywhere in Australia.

We have staff members in Victoria, Queensland, New South Wales and Western Australia. Interstate applicants are encouraged to apply. Salary is negotiable based on experience.

Main responsibilities





- Manage your own caseload of migration cases from start to finish.
- Keep up to date with all changes and developments in Migration Law and policy.
- Provide professional, clear, and concise advice to all clients and companies.
- Understand the client’s visa history, case and migration goals by recommending visa pathways and options.
- Prepare and lodge precise visa applications with the Department of Home Affairs.
- Keep accurate records of all details pertaining to client’s cases and daily workload.

Required Skills:
- Minimum five plus years work experience as a Registered Migration Agent or two years as a Registered Migration Agent in addition to three years as a Migration Assistant.
- Client-focused, positive, can-do attitude.
- Maintain accurate records of client’s cases and deadlines.
- Previous use of Migration Manager (LEAP) software is highly desirable, but not mandatory.
- Can work autonomously and as part of a team when required.
- Overall, the Migration Agent we are looking for needs to be able to provide clear, concise advice to their clients and more importantly take pride in their ability to genuinely help people from all corners of the globe.
