Blue Shield Family General Practice – Kogarah, NSW

Minimum 18 hours per week

Blue Shield Family General Practice is seeking a reliable, motivated and organised Registered Nurse to join our friendly two-doctor general practice.

Key Duties

- Immunisations and vaccine/cold-chain management
- Wound care and dressings
- Health assessments and chronic disease support
- ECGs, spirometry and clinical procedures
- Patient triage and assisting doctors with procedures
- Recalls and follow-up
- Clinical stock and inventory management
- Resuscitation trolley and emergency equipment checks
- Maintaining treatment rooms and infection-control standards
- Accurate clinical documentation

As a small two-doctor practice, the position also incorporates some administrative duties and reception support when required. Flexibility and teamwork are therefore important aspects of the role.





Requirements

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Excellent patient care and communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Efficient, organised and able to work independently
- Good computer and documentation skills
- General practice experience preferred

Hours: Minimum 18 hours per week Location: Kogarah, opposite St George Hospital

Remuneration: According to experience and applicable Award
