NSW Department of Customer Service is seeking an Assistant Advisor Licensing within the State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) Licensing and Approvals team. You will support licensing, registration and approval activities across NSW schemes, providing accurate information and timely responses to stakeholders.

This hybrid role requires solid administration, record-keeping and stakeholder engagement skills, with experience in TRIM, Salesforce and office software.
